Indeed, visits are by reservation. It is recommended to book your visit in advance. Nevertheless, you can make an express visit (20 minutes of visit) where it is quite possible to buy a ticket the same day.
Yes ! two languages are available for your visit: In French or in English.
The guided tour of the estate lasts 1h30 and the commented tasting about 30 minutes. Count 2 hours on site.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure. Attention: The visit starts on time and no latecomers will be accepted.
Cap, hat and bottle of water are essential during your visit!
We recommend waterproof clothing, such as cahouets, rain boots and an umbrella!
The visit is generally made on foot, about 30min walk along the river and on the estate’s facilities! You will walk alongside our guide. We will adapt to the best to make you enjoy a great experience on our domain!
The visit of the domain can be adapted according to the handicap, unfortunately all the spaces are not yet accessible. Do not hesitate to contact our teams by phone for more information.
Yes ! The visit to the Estate is instructive, exciting and fun for adults and children alike! Your children will be able to come into direct contact with our sturgeons via our visitor pool. An original activity that will undoubtedly remain etched in their memories!
Animals are accepted only if attached on a leash.
It is not possible to book your visit on the internet and pay on site. However, it is quite possible to call the switchboard 05 53 80 89 57 to ensure your visit. Once there, you can pay by credit card or cash.
Absolutely ! The Domaine welcomes groups from 10 people. For practical reasons, remember to book your group visit in advance.
We ensure the safety of our fish and our visitors by supervising you on a secure course. Work has been carried out so that our customers can pass as close as possible to our breeding ponds. In addition, a visitor pool has been specially designed so that you can come into direct contact with our sturgeons!
For health reasons, it is not possible to enter our laboratory.
However, an explanatory video of each step of the caviar production process in our laboratory awaits you at the end of your visit!
It is quite possible to picnic on the Estate! We also offer brunch and lunch formulas to eat directly in our space dedicated to tastings and catering. A good opportunity for you to discover the Caviar de Neuvic products prepared by the expert hands of our appointed Chef.
It is mandatory to book at least 48 hours in advance if you opt for the “Producer’s Meal” formula. Regarding the “Picnic” formula, it is not necessary to book before your visit.
