Caviar de Neuvic offers a new gastronomic experience at its restaurant in Neuvic: The Caviar Menu. At the centre of the table: a 250g tin of Baeri Signature Caviar, the common thread running through a 7-course culinary journey created by Julien Haj, chef at the Domaine restaurant.

In the centre of the table, a 250g Origine box of Baeri Signature Caviar opens the meal and becomes the theme of the tasting. Around it, seven plates follow one another, designed to create a rhythmic culinary journey, inviting guests to discover different textures, temperatures and combinations. A moment to share, centred around a culinary journey that puts caviar at the heart of the conversation. The menu is available at £250 per person, including VAT, for a minimum of two guests. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
