Made with seasonal products, our chef’s culinary creations are constantly evolving and promote local and French production.
The meal (Starter + main course OR main course + dessert OR starter + main course + dessert for an additional €5 to be paid on site) is composed of:
– Starter:
Leek with Neuvic Caviar and vinaigrette
Or
Sturgeon velouté and crispy toast
– A dish and its accompaniment:
Confit sturgeon, sautéed squash with Périgord black truffle, buttered cabbage and confit sturgeon with hazelnut oil
– A dessert:
Pear with lavender milk mousse, chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline crumble
Or
Chocolate mousse, roasted hazelnuts and crumble
Or
Javerzac yogurt ice cream and Signature Oscietra caviar
