Made with seasonal products, our chef’s culinary creations are constantly evolving and promote local and French production.
The meal (Starter + main course OR main course + dessert OR starter + main course + dessert for an additional €5 to be paid on site) is composed of:
– Starter:
Mushroom stuffed with crumbled sturgeon with lemon AB
OR
Sturgeon velouté and crispy toast
– A dish and its accompaniment:
Sturgeon stew and katsuobushi accompanied by bone marrow
– A dessert:
Tiramisu with walnuts: Mascarpone cream with walnut pieces walnut cake

Coffee panacotta: Italian recipe with coffee cream
