The Chef's menu (unique lunch menu) varies according to the seasons. Sturgeon and caviar remain the staple products of the menus created by our Chef.

Made with seasonal products, our chef’s culinary creations are constantly evolving and promote local and French production.

The meal (Starter + main course OR main course + dessert OR starter + main course + dessert for an additional €5 to be paid on site) is composed of:

– Starter:
Mushroom stuffed with crumbled sturgeon with lemon AB
OR
Sturgeon velouté and crispy toast

– A dish and its accompaniment:
Sturgeon stew and katsuobushi accompanied by bone marrow

– A dessert:
Tiramisu with walnuts: Mascarpone cream with walnut pieces walnut cake
OR
Coffee panacotta: Italian recipe with coffee cream
OR
Neuvic-Javerzac (suppl +4€): Javerzac yogurt ice cream and signature Oscietra caviar
