Discover our estate on which we have chosen to create our fish farm dedicated to the breeding of our sturgeons, for the production of our famous caviar.

A landscape of river, stone and trees

The Neuvic estate is located between Périgueux and Bordeaux: in the heart of white Périgord and this gourmet Dordogne, famous throughout the world for its gastronomy and its art of living. The estate, which extends over 20 hectares, is bordered by two rivers: the Isle and the Vern. During the visit, you will discover the complexity of sturgeon farming throughout their life, the combination of the resources of technological innovation and the mastery of traditional know-how in the final production of caviar. Wooden picnic tables with built-in outdoor benches are available for our guests. This way, you can enjoy a meal while enjoying the calm and soothing scenery of our domain.

Visitor’s pond

Dive into our visitor’s pond and enjoy an extraordinary experience! A pond has been specially designed for our visitors to meet our sturgeons. You will be able to feed the fish and go down into the pond with the equipment provided to get closer to the passion that drives us.

Our fish farmers

It is the passion for fish and the world of fish farming that drives and binds our fish farmers. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to see them carry out the precise and precious gestures that allow the elaboration of our black gold. To offer a producer caviar of which the excellence is based on mastering the most sophisticated production techniques that respect the fish and the environment. This is the core of the project of our fish farmers at Caviar de Neuvic.

Walking and cycling path & River Isle

The domain, which covers 20 hectares, is bordered by two rivers: the Isle and the Vern. The domain has 12,350m2 of ponds fed directly by the waters of the RIver Isle, the pioneer river of sturgeon breeding in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Along the path of the RIver Isle, you can reach our premises directly on foot or by bike!
