Visit Caviar de Neuvic, a French producer of Caviar The Domaine de Neuvic is located in Aquitaine, between Périgueux and Bordeaux, in the heart of white Périgord and this gourmet Dordogne famous throughout the world for its gastronomy and its art of living.
The estate, which extends over 20 hectares, is bordered by two rivers: the Isle and the Vern. It is on this that Caviar de Neuvic has chosen to create a fish farm dedicated to the breeding of sturgeons to produce its famous caviar.
At Domaine de Neuvic, Caviar de Neuvic raises sturgeons with the greatest respect for the environment and offers tours to discover its estate and the know-how of a French caviar producer.
As a couple, with family or friends, treat yourself to an exceptional moment at the edge of the sturgeon breeding ponds and around delicatessen products and caviars.
